I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Andrei was incredibly helpful, informative, and took the time to educate me on the different types of lifts so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. He even sent me photos of the exact lift with the same type of car I own on it, which made it much easier to visualize how everything would look. His communication was excellent—he responded quickly to every question I had and was able to get the lift delivered much faster than I expected. The installation was completed today by Joe, and he was just as impressive. He took the time to walk me through the operation of the lift, explained all the safety features, and made sure I was completely comfortable using it before he left. The entire process was professional, efficient, and customer-focused. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality automotive lift and exceptional service.

I had a really positive experience working with Andrei at Automotive Equipment Solutions. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, but Andrei made the experience simple and comfortable. I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend Andrei to anyone looking for automotive equipment. Great experience overall!

Great company to work with, delivered and unloaded a 2 Post Lift into our garage, helped us get back to work quickly since our old lift gave up on us. Also removed the old lift out of our space. This is the 2nd lift we buy from them, definitely a breeze to deal with!
